Working at DBIS

Situated in the heart of the beautiful community of Discovery Bay, the students enjoy a unique learning journey that begins in the Early Years, progresses to Primary and culminates in Secondary.

A highly personalised learning environment characterises the DBIS learning experience. Small class sizes, creative approaches to teaching and learning, and a broad range of extracurricular activities best serve a school of nearly 1,000 students.

At the heart of the school's educational philosophy are care, kindness, respect and compassion. Our talented teachers aim to ensure every student is recognised, supported and encouraged to reach their potential.

We are a learning community committed to the constant pursuit of excellence to achieve the best possible outcomes for all students. We look to recruit teachers who share this philosophy and are motivated to progress their careers in this unique school.

DBIS advertises posts on this website, the TES (the Times Educational Supplement) and the local press throughout the year.
